GAMES THIS WEEK:
WEDNESDAY 10/30 JVB is AWAY @ Sahuaro- 6 PM kick off
FRIDAY 11/01 VARSITY is @ Sahuaro- 7 PM kick off
Varsity plays at Sahuaro on Friday - let's get win number 6, huge game.
Jv and Freshman will play this WED at Sahuaro 6 pm as a JVB team. The Freshman and Jv Soph will merge into one team, that includes both staffs. Junior Players will have the option to practice with Varsity if they choose to or help the team in a variety of roles. That could be Film breakdown, Video, Classroom support, Scouting, School projects, ect. We have a role for everyone that wants to help.
We will use this same format for the final Jv/ freshman game vs Sahuarita next week on Nov 6 - The players on both teams have really worked hard and done well in the classroom so we added one more game to finish the season. We are treating this like a lower-level bowl game. It will be fun!
Next week I will have an email detailing the finish of the Lower-level football season and the transition into Winter sports, Wrestling, Basketball. To be very clear, I strongly believe in playing other sports and I will encourage our guys to do it. The key is we need to finish our season first. I will help outline this next week. Right now, all focus is on Sahuaro and a strong football finish at all levels.
Tryouts Kick off Nov 6th for winter sports but we can give a list of players to the coaches and they will set up a different tryout. More info to come soon.
